  • Supplier–Construction Site Relationship
    ADAM centralizes information about equipment delivered to a construction site that must be returned to suppliers within a specified period (formwork, scaffolding, tools, and more). Key benefits for site operations include:
  • One-click inventory checks.
  • Verification of supplier payment statements.
  • Comparison of actual spending against the supplier's allocated budget
  • Assigning formwork and scaffolding to specific structures or work areas to avoid leaving components behind and ensure complete, timely returns in line with the supplier's budget or contract.
  • Warehouse–Field Operations Relationship
    ADAM's Kardex module provides full traceability for tools and equipment issued to field workers, supported by digital issue and return receipts. Key benefits for site warehouse managers include:
  • Know who has each tool and item of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Track how long each item has been assigned and who authorized it—complete traceability
  • Digitally signed PDF records for every tool receipt and/or PPE issue
  • Individual employee records showing assigned tools and a complete PPE issuance history

Cost Efficiency:

ADAM helps construction companies improve logistics and cost control by optimizing reverse logistics—from the site back to the supplier. This reduces costs from equipment remaining on site longer than planned and helps prevent theft.   1. Up-to-Date Supplier Inventory Control
    ADAM records delivery and return notes for items entering and leaving the construction site. The system tracks both rented and purchased items, calculating rental charges based on how long they remain on site.

    Rented items can also be assigned to specific structures or work areas. This lets you see (a) how many components make up each structure and (b) the total rental cost of those components. This is especially useful for managing formwork because it supports accurate, timely returns.

  2. Verify Supplier Payment Statements in Just a Few Clicks
    Because ADAM maintains up-to-date inventory levels and tracks how long each item remains on site, it can verify a selected supplier's payment statement in just a few clicks.

    ADAM offers three payment-statement verification formats: Vertical, Matrix, and Equipment Summary. Reports can cover the current month or any period you choose.

  3. Actual vs. Budgeted Spending
    ADAM tracks daily rental costs for equipment and other items and lets you enter budgets. This helps keep spending under control and avoid exceeding the amount allocated to each supplier, with both numerical and graphical reports.

  4. Kardex Module – Digital Tracking of Tools Issued to and Returned by Field Personnel
    This module shows who has each tool and since when. Every issue or return generates a unique document, signed by the employee receiving the tool. The Kardex app also lets field supervisors reserve equipment based on current warehouse availability.

    Managers can see how many tools are out in the field and how many are available in the warehouse, the quantity and value of unreturned tools assigned to each employee, and a range of ad hoc reports for site warehouse management.
